Crowdsurfer has published a major report "Mapping EU markets and events study" which can be downloaded HERE.  The findings make for interesting reading.

The growth of the market is fascinatiing - apparently the numbers of new platforms starting has slowed - is this temporary?

Beauhurst comments on equity crowd funding valuations.

The research house Beauhurst has published some research which suggests that it is true that investors on equity crowd funding platforms are willing to pay a higher price than angels and VCs for some deals, especially the smaller ones.  

Even adjusting for very small fundraisings the picture remains more similar than different.
