We share the concerns of others that mixing paid for content with free content risks either alienating some of the best authors who would not want to share space with potential advertorial and could easily move elsewhere, or prompting the independent authors to ask for payment.

Investors should also note that there are preferential rights for initial investors and Crowdcube investors may receive less than those shareholders if an exit or liquidation event occurs.
