Berrywhite's team is small and many functions have been outsourced, but key individuals are highly skilled, having held senior positions in large businesses before.
The team is very experienced and the CEO has a history of entrepreneurial activity.
Operations have been kept lean but the CEO appears fully committed to Berrywhite and the team have been working together on it for some time.
There is a large market for soft drinks and recent trends towards healthier and premium offerings will be reinforced by the incoming Sugar Tax.
Berrywhite is an award-winning product line that has shipped in significant quantities and gets good reviews from customers. A significant amount of work has gone into developing the range.
There are a number of competitors in the all-natural, low-calorie segment but Berrywhites additional philanthropic credentials add some differentiation.
Berrywhite has faced some challenges that have impacted its bottom line, but it has adapted to these and the future should hopefully see an improvement in GPM.
As an FMCG business with relatively low margins Berrywhite may face cashflow constrictions - especially if sales performance doesn't meet the projections.
Berrywhite doesn't mention any exit plan or likely returns to investors. At the present valuation investors would be unlikely to see significant ROI in the timeframe of these projections.

Berrywhite has faced some challenges since last it came to the crowd, but the team has worked on these with changes to the product lineup and packaging, and projections of impressively lean overheads suggest tight cost-control.

The growth projections are very reasonable, unfortunately any exit would need to be at a very high multiple to give investors a substantial Return on Investment.
