DrivenWoman is a members-only personal development network for women. Members attend regular group meetings arranged by a local group leader, with membership fees shared by the group leader, territory and country leaders above her, and the company itself taking 20%. Since launching in 2013 the network has attracted over 200 members in 6 countries and has just held its Festival of Doers conference. These funds will be used to market the network and to attract new group leaders.

The team is very experienced, with members having delivered in senior positions at major brands. There are no signs of shareholder returns from their previous entrepreneurial endeavours though.
The CEO appears fully committed to DrivenWoman, having spent a number of years building the business, but there are a few other commitments that may distract the team.
There is a large market for personal development services and traditionally women have been the key demographic.
Over time DrivenWoman has built a core userbase demonstrating the benefits if its services and business model and has recently held the 'Festival of Doers' event.
There are competing groups and alternative services such as life coaches, discrete development courses/retreats, conferences, etc. The online training materials will help scaling though.
